Bill O’Reilly‘s dust-up with his usual fill-in host Laura Ingraham occurred on the top cable news show Thursday night – O’Reilly was once again #1 in the A25-54 demo and in total viewers. Sean Hannity was #2 in both categories.

• The top non-FNC show was Keith Olbermann on MSNBC at 8pmET in both categories.
