Rachel Maddow Wants Your $10,000 Michele Bachmann And Sarah Palin Photo
It ain’t cheap to (tea) party with the women of the GOP. Depending what email lists you (sometimes strangely) find yourself on, you may already know that Sarah Palin is making a guest appearance at an upcoming Michele Bachmann fundraiser (which weirdly reminds me of the time Janet Jackson presented Michael an award to prove they weren’t the same person). Tickets to the fundraiser start at $500, which actually doesn’t sound too steep, campaign expenses being what they are (there’s also a free rally). Tables for 10 go for $5000. Here’s the kicker, though.
For a mere $10,000 you can have your picture taken with both women! Seems like a sold investment, no? It’s not like pictures are easy to come by these days. The icing on the cake is that should you be that lucky person (and/or know how to operate Photoshop) Rachel Maddow is interested in airing your masterpiece on air. And if you’re willing to shell out $10,000 for a photo with these women you are likely a person interested in…a little extra attention. She explains below.
