Reporter Warns Robert Gibbs About Fake ‘Robert Gibbs’ On Twitter

Won’t the real Robert Gibbs please stand up? “Twitter is quick medium for getting information out, and we’ll probably be using it more often,” the White House Press Secretary told reporters during a press conference Friday. Which is great and all (the Digital Administration!), except as one journo pointed out, Gibbs has more fake accounts in his name than most celebrities.




Shout-out to @pressSec, the real Gibbs Twitter account. Not to be confused with @FakePressSec or @FakeRobertGibbs. Hmm…seems like it shouldn’t be too hard to determine which one of these belongs to the real Robert Gibbs.
