CBS’ Dickerson Asks Hillary If Going After Bill for Sex Scandals Is Fair Game

dickerson hillaryOn Face the Nation this morning, John Dickerson asked Hillary Clinton if Republicans going after her husband for his past sex scandals is “fair game” in 2016.

Donald Trump has brought renewed focus to Bill Clinton‘s past and the multiple allegations against him. Dickerson brought up Trump’s many attacks to Hillary Clinton this morning.

Clinton said, “If he wants to engage in personal attacks from the past, that’s his prerogative. So be it.”

When Dickerson asked her if it’s fair game, Clinton said, “It’s been fair game going back––to the Republicans––for some years. They can do it again if they want to. That can be their choice as to how to run in this campaign.”

She concluded by saying it’s a “dead end blind alley for them.”
