7-Year-Old Who Called NORAD and Spoke to Trump Never Found Out Where Santa Was, But Still Believes
On Christmas Eve, President Donald Trump asked a 7-year-old girl if she believed in Santa.
Then, he said this: “Because at seven it’s marginal, right?”
The Daily Beast tweeted out video of Trump’s end of the exchange.

But fear not. Collman Lloyd still believes in Santa and was not that put off by Trump’s remarks, mainly because she didn’t know what “marginal” meant.
The Post and Courier talked to the little girl and her family about speaking to the president in a call that has now made headlines.
First, of all, it seems that Trump never actually got around to telling Collman where Santa was in the sky the night before Christmas– the reason she called NORAD in the first place.
Collman, though, handled her end of the conversation like a pro. Although she knew she was talking to POTUS, she told the Post and Courier, “It wasn’t really (nerve-wracking), I just had to think of what the truth was.”
The call also didn’t stop Collman and her family from putting out cookies for Santa — just like she told Trump she would — because according to the little girl, Santa is real.
