The mostly one-sided war between Glenn Beck and the WWE continued Monday night when wrestling commentator Michael Cole showed up at Beck’s studio in Texas to try to ambush him into an impromptu interview. Beck had previously declined the WWE’s offer to go on Monday Night RAW after he spoke out about being offended by the company’s new Tea Party-inspired villains.
Cole didn’t have too much success getting an audience with Beck, repeatedly getting asked to leave by the studio personnel, who told Cole the host was in the middle of shooting his show. As he waited in the lobby, Cole told the viewer “what I find hard to believe is that for a man with such outspoken views, it is extremely difficult to get this man to come out and talk to us.”
