A federal official confirmed that Donald Trump will receive his first official classified intelligence briefing Wednesday.
The announcement comes two weeks after a report in the Washington Post that multiple senior intelligence officials did not trust the GOP candidate with sensitive intelligence.
President Obama warned Trump that since he was about to receiving these briefings, he needed to “start acting like a president.”
“[T]hat means being able to receive these briefings and not spread them around,” he said.
