WATCH LIVE: Sarah Sanders Holds WH Press Briefing Amid Iran, North Korea News

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders will hold a briefing Tuesday to discuss the administration’s latest plans and administrative agenda. The briefing is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET.

Today’s briefing will most likely be dominated by questions about President Donald Trump‘s decision to pull the U.S. out of the Iran nuclear deal. The multi-lateral arrangement has been a major source of controversy for the past three years, though America’s foreign allies are disappointed by the move, and are attempting to salvage the situation.

Another topic that will undoubtedly come up is the ongoing diplomatic talks with North Korea. Trump scored a major political win today when he confirmed that the rogue regime has released the three American prisoners they were holding hostage. This was a prerequisite for any negotiations with Kim Jong Un, and even though Trump won’t say when or where, he says that he and the North Korean government have reached an agreement for the time and place of their upcoming denuclearization summit.

Other topics likely to come up include Michael Cohen‘s financial dealings with Russian oligarchs, yesterday’s primary election results, and Gina Haspel‘s confirmation hearing to become CIA director.
