Showtime’s Cartoon Trump Show from Stephen Colbert Premiering in February
If you’ve ever looked at the TV landscape and thought thought there just aren’t enough Trump jokes, Showtime has your answer.
The network will be debuting a new animated show in February about President Trump and his White House. The title of the show? Our Cartoon President.
Regular late night TV viewers may recognize Cartoon Trump as the same Cartoon Trump who occasionally makes appearances on The Late Show. And indeed, Stephen Colbert is executive producing this new series.
The show will explore wacky cartoon antics in the Trump White House, or, as Showtime puts it, “Our Cartoon President examines the quintessentially Trumpian details of the presidency and his most important relationships, and no one is safe – from his close family and confidants to key political figures from both parties and members of the media.”
