There is one small problem with his account of the story however. Auschwitz was liberated by the Soviets, not the Americans. OUCH! His campaign’s response was to say that he, and here is that word again, “misspoke”.

Blumenthal lied. No question about it. I wouldn’t vote for him, but I also wouldn’t vote for that bogus wrestling/porn/reality television star and promoter the Republicans are running.

As for Brewer. 1955. Nazis. Nevada. Big, big whopper there. She has diminished the service of everyone who really sacrificed to fight the Nazis. She should resign for this slight.

As for Obama, his uncle liberated a satellite camp of Buchenwald. Thirty lashes with a wet noodle for getting that wrong.

You neglected to include any reference to Mark Kirk, the Republican candidate for Senate in Illinois. Boy did he tell some real whoppers about his service record!

Can we get away from the personal tennis and face the real issue, please? Arizona is being overrun by illegal immigrants and being savaged by gangs, drug and person runners and others crossing the border illegally, if for no other reason than to steal benefits from taxpayers. Jan Brewer has a plan to stem the tide. Barack Obama does not.

The fact that this has been politicized beyond the point of logic, somehow characterizing ILLEGAL immigrants as the victims is a tragic circumstance of the dumbing down of society. Because they are so smitten with Obama, the press pushes this out, and those apparently incapable of original thought have joined to chorus of cries. If you commit a crime, and ILLEGAL immigration is a crime, you deserve to be punished.

The people of Zimbabwe should get the same chance as Mexicans to immigrate in this country. Just because someone breaks into your house, doesn’t mean you must allow him to live there.
