After Judge Controversy, Trump Says in Speech ‘No One Should Be Judged’ by Race or Color
Donald Trump spoke to the Faith and Freedom Conference today and made a comment noteworthy in the wake of his most recent controversy.
Trump talked about religious freedom before saying, “Freedom of any kind means no one should be judged by their race or their color, and the color of their skin––should not be judged that way.”

He concluded this comment by saying he will bring the nation together.
Now, obviously this was a noteworthy remark because Trump came under intense fire for his racially-charged attacks on the Hispanic judge presiding over the Trump University case. In a subsequent statement, Trump insisted it wasn’t about the judge’s race, but he literally said, “We’re building a wall! He’s a Mexican!”
