We all knew it was going to happen: Today, Donald Trump‘s go-to spokesperson, Katrina Pierson, got asked about his “Second Amendment” comments yesterday. Specifically, MSNBC’s Kate Snow wanted Pierson’s take on whether Trump was calling for the assassination of Hillary Clinton or not.
Pierson has a long history of deflecting certain questions and doubling down on her boss’ controversial remarks. She contradicts herself and even the other spokespeople for the campaign, which you’ll see below. Essentially, she is great at talking and an ideal fit for cable news because she generates as many headlines as she discusses.
There isn’t much that can be said as a preamble to this clip because the whole thing is worth a watch, but make sure you stick around for the middle portion, which is just Snow and Pierson loudly talking at the same time.
Wait until the end, too, to see Snow say, “I’m speechless because I’m trying to follow your logic here, Katrina…”
What about you? Are you following her logic when she says that there is no correlation between what Trump says in front of crowds and what he would do as President?
