Hannity Swipes at Obama to Praise Trump’s NATO Trip: ‘The Apology Tour Is Over’

Sean Hannity heralded President Donald Trump‘s travel to Europe for the NATO summit by contrasting him with “the appeaser-in-chief Barack Obama.”

He swiped at the European “love affair with Barack Obama” and said, “Many in Western Europe prefer weakness, not a strong America.”

Hannity recalled “Obama’s feckless apology tour,” featuring speeches from multiple nations Obama visited in June 2009.

The Fox News host compared Trump to Ronald Reagan, who “led the world with American exceptionalism” and got criticized for it.

He even said of the expected protests against Trump, “The protests that we will see in Europe all week are exactly the same as Reagan faced. The parallels are uncanny.”

“America is now back and strong and actually leading on the world stage,” Hannity concluded. “The apology tour is over.”
