Adam Carolla Rips CNN’s Piers Morgan: “You’re Not That Good”
The morning show crew at LA’s KTLA-TV ripped CNN’s Piers Morgan, with Adam Carrolla delivering a rant suggesting Morgan’s “lucky to have the gig” at CNN since “there are so many people who are better than you.” The lively discussion came after Morgan’s interview of Larry King, who had previously gone on BBC radio to say that Morgan had been “oversold” as “dangerous,” when King found no evidence that the host is even remotely dangerous.
On KTLA, Carolla delivered a high-energy tirade against Morgan. “He’s not very good,” Carolla said. “Who cares about this ass?” Comparing Morgan to pop culture figures like the Kardashians, Carolla described the CNN host as a narcissist who does “fair” interviews, but has been so annoying that it requires retaliation:
We need to send Ted Nugent to London to annoy them. This is unfair. It’s unfair we’re taking this kind of abuse.
It’s a truly entertaining spectacle. Watch it here, from KTLA:
