I think it was a good stunt. First off the Feds declared their jurisdiction over all ‘drugs’ under the Commerce Clause which is beyond ridiculous. Secondly, it does nothing but criminalize a very common behavior as Prohibition did 90 years ago.

There is no man woman or group fit to tell me or anyone else whether I can have a beer or not and the same goes for a joint. This ridiculous Federal Authority only reinforces the Nanny State mentality that if some do gooder in Gov’t decides something is bad, then it is criminalizaed, made expensive, and makes non criminals do business with criminals.

It is high time (pun intended) we Americans stop allowing our neighbors to dictate our lives for us through ‘Representatives.
