Trailblazing internet publisher Andrew Breitbart passed away almost two months ago at the young age of 43; yesterday, Los Angeles Chief Coroner Investigator Craig Harvey revealed his official cause of death to Breitbart.com: as predicted, he died due to heart failure. The coroner notes in a press release that “no prescription or illicit drugs were detected,” and his blood alcohol content was “negligible.”
While the final autopsy report is still due next week, Breitbart.com notes the cause of death has been released conclusively, and along with no suspicious chemicals, no signs of foul play were detected:

A press release issued by the Department of Coroner (below) notes: “No prescription or illicit drugs were detected. The blood alcohol was .04%,” a negligible amount.
The press release concludes: “No significant trauma was present and foul play is not suspected.”
