BBC

• “At 7 PM on election night BBC America will air a special edition of “BBC World News America,” “US 2010 Results.”

The program will be co-anchored by Matt Frei and Katty Kay, and will originate from the BBC’s Washington DC bureau. ABC News veteran and BBC World News America contributor Ted Koppel will provide analysis, with Emily Maitlis explaining the results via–of course–a touchscreen wall. Other analysts and guests will include Time‘s Mike Duffy and University of Virginia professor Larry Sabato.”

PBS

• “Jim Lehrer will anchor a PBS special broadcast on election night, Tuesday, November 2, 2010, from 11 pm – midnight. The PBS NewsHour Political Team – Judy Woodruff, Gwen Ifill and David Chalian will report the evening’s events from the NewsHour studio together with NewsHour’s regular political analysts: syndicated columnist Mark Shields, New York Times Columnist David Brooks, as well as Stuart Rothenberg, editor of the Rothenberg Political Report. Hari Sreenivasan will be in the newsroom reporting election results as they come in and NewsHour Correspondents will report from key locations around the country.”

Telemundo

• “For “Decision 2010,” Telemundo will launch its special election coverage under the title, “Tu Voto, Tu Futuro” (Your Vote, Your Future). The multiplatform editorial initiative will focus on three key issues of special importance to the Hispanic community: the economy, immigration and education. In addition, the network will launch a “get out the vote” campaign supported by an aggressive social media effort.
Telemundo’s news coverage will include two innovative journalism projects:”

Univision

• “Dubbed “Destino 2010,” Univision’s Election Day coverage will be led by Jorge Ramos and Maria Elena Salinas, co-anchors of the Network’s national evening news program “Noticiero Univision.” …he 6:30 p.m. edition of “Noticiero Univision” will focus on covering the elections from all angles.Additionally, a special primetime election program “Noche de Elecciones” (Election Night) will be broadcast live at 10 p.m. ET, with Ramos and Salinas looking at updated projections, analysis and results, with the daily, 11:30 p.m. news program “Ultima Hora” featuring results and examining the new U.S. political landscape. All editions will be updated for all time zones. Special Election Day coverage on Univision Network will run through 3 a.m. ET.”
