Paul Ryan Says He’s Not Interested In the Stormy Daniels Scandal: ‘Not on My Radar Screen’
Earlier this week, adult film star Stormy Daniels filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump claiming the non-disclosure agreement she signed prior to the 2016 presidential election in exchange for $130,000 hush money was not valid as Trump didn’t sign it himself. Based on the details contained within the suit, along with other revelations, legal experts feel the payment to Daniels prove Trump violated campaign finance laws.
This doesn’t seem to concern Speaker of the House Paul Ryan too much, however, as he stated today he hasn’t thought about it at all.
Speaking to reporters during a visit to a Home Depot in Atlanta, Ryan was asked if he agreed that the allegations made by Daniels are a big deal.
“I’m not even — I haven’t put a second of thought into this,” a clearly irritated Ryan stated. “It’s just not on my radar screen.”
And with that, Ryan moved on to another question, letting it be known to everyone there he wasn’t going to address this story.
