Trump Calls Apple CEO Cook ‘Tim Apple,’ Promptly Gets Filleted: So Disrespectful to the Memory of ‘Steve Apple’

 

On Wednesday, President Donald Trump called the CEO of Apple “Tim Apple.”

His name, by the way, is actually Tim Cook.

It all happened at an American Workforce Policy Advisory Board held at the White House.

Cook, who was behind a nameplate bearing his name, was sitting next to Trump at the time when the president said this: “We really appreciate it very much, Tim Apple.”

As usual, Twitter had a field day with Trump’s latest gaffe sparing no snark to skewer the “business genius” at work.
