Juanita Broaddrick: ‘It Was a Little Painful’ to Hear My Voice in Trump Campaign Ad
Donald Trump‘s campaign has shown a willingness to go places other Republicans wouldn’t––like attacking the Clintons by going over the past allegations against Bill Clinton.
Weeks ago, Trump ran an Instagram ad featuring audio of Clinton’s accusers, including audio of Juannita Broaddrick accusing the former president of rape.
Well, Broaddrick was apparently unaware she would be featured in a Trump ad, and she spoke to Business Insider this week, saying, “I wasn’t even aware of it. I was so surprised.”
She’s supporting Trump over Hillary Clinton, clearly, but she wishes they had reached out to her beforehand:
“It was a little painful at first,” she continued. “To take the most horrible part of my interview and the most horrible part of it and put it in a campaign slogan, or whatever it was, it was difficult, but I’m OK with it now.”
And Trump has made it clear that he’s willing to go after the Clintons on the rape charge specifically.
