This Exists: Tim Heidecker And Eric Wareheim Give A Typically Insane Interview On Jimmy Kimmel
There are three ways people feel towards Tim and Eric. Either they think the duo is brilliant, awful, or they have no idea who they are. There are no other reactions. They’re incredibly bizarre interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live is a perfect example why.
For those of you who fall into the third grouping, Heidecker and Wareheim are best known as the creators and stars of a batch of TV series on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim block. Their beloved/despised show Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!, for example, can best be described as looking like a public access variety series covered in Vaseline and re-edited by a hyperactive eight year old who just learned Avid.
The pair, promoting their upcoming tour and, uh, “Chrimbus” special, appeared on Jimmy Kimmel dressed up like a mix of Siegfried and Roy and the aliens from This Island Earth and proceded to do…this.
